
In 2015, IBM wanted to create a walk-in helpdesk for it’s 300k employees and provide tech support in over 170 countries worldwide. The executives wanted a polished up version of their vision. I was called on to make that vision a reality. Thinkdesk has the highest NPS score in IBM.

Style Guide:
Since every location is unique and as the project evolved, so did the requirement for each space. I created a universal style guide which could be used in different offices to arrange the space and maintain the look and feel.
In addition to live tech support, a self-help version was also requested by IBM’s executives.
